On Sunday, June 5th, 2022 the NJ School of Conservation was thrilled have families gathered to participate in the NJ Divison of Fish & Wildlife Annual Youth Fishing Competition! We had multiple winners in our categories of: First Caught, Largest (from head to tail), Smallest (from head to tail), Most Interesting Catch and Honorable Mention (rare yellow perch!).
We were so proud of these young anglers and we are so greatful to Liz Jackson and Alanna Newmark of the NJ DEP’s Division of Fish and Wildlife for the prizes, expertise and learning on our campus! ~And an extra special thank you to our volunteers Nick, Mike, Steve & Joe~ It was a beautiful day for everyone who participated!
