Throughout 2026, the NJSOC will host learners of all ages from across the tri-state region. As the Friends continue the tremendous undertaking of maintaining and enhancing our beautiful 240-acre forested campus, 57 buildings, and the beautiful Lake Wapalanne, we invite you to join our family of supporters at the level that feels right for you.

NJSOC has been awarded a challenge grant from the Bolger Foundation to help restore the South Hill Bathhouse, and we need your help to secure grant funding! We have been tasked with raising $100,000 to unlock $48,000 in grant funding, necessary to complete the project.
For the past 5+ years, the South Hill Bathhouse, which serves Cabins 1-6, has been unusable due to severe deterioration. Without the South Hill Bathhouse:
- Students and campers must share one bathhouse for the entire side of campus
- Some students and campers walk up to 20 minutes to access basic facilities
- Capacity is limited, impacting programs and access
With your support, we will be able to fully restore this historic 1930s bathhouse, including:
- Modern showers, sinks, and toilets
- ADA-compliant facilities for inclusive access
- Updated plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- A new roof and structural improvements
- Improved drainage and surrounding landscape
