We can all do something to help! \nThis fun\, informative and mostly outdoor workshop will provide educators with the background knowledge and tools to challenge students to find an interdisciplinary Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Arts and Math (STEAM) approach to help solve an authentic problem. \nFor two days\, educators will work collaboratively to solve a “Content Driven Design Challenge” that will result in the hands-on design and installation of a pollinator garden at the NJ School of Conservation (see the detailed schedule below). You stare downrange at the bullseye. Release! The arrow flies away and plunges into the target. Bullseye!\n\n\nJoin the fun! Participants will be taught by USA Archery certified instructors. The class will include basic archery skills\, fun drills\, and archery games. We will have you flinging arrows in no time. Be advised\, archery is great fun and habit-forming! No experience necessary. \nRuth and John Goralski are Level 3 Instructor/Trainers with USA Archery. They are also past PA state champions. \nThis workshop is open to adults\, and children\, age 8 and over. In case of rain\, the event will be postponed to Sunday\, August 27th and participants will be notified via email.
